Duties And Responsibilities
Minimum required Accountabilities for this role
- Responsible for Business requirement, Technical design, Business test cases, Change process management and status reporting of SFDC Orgs.
- Execute and liaison with end users for SFDC requirement
- Developing scalable, secure, and customized solutions using tools such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components to meet business requirements
- Creating and configuring custom objects, automation tools, and workflows tailored to streamline organizational processes.
- Diagnosing, resolving, and documenting technical problems to ensure system reliability and optimal performance.
- Continuously learn and adopt new features, tools, and Salesforce solutions to deliver innovative, cutting-edge services.
- SFDC administration/governance activities and complete production Support
- Timely delivery with help of Business Partner
Additional Accountabilities Pertaining To The Role
- Minimum qualification required is Graduation in computers/electronics
- 7-10 years of experience in Salesforce application development, software engineering, and working with the Salesforce ecosystem
- Require ability to lead a team and manage delivery with help of partners (Offsite)
- Should have worked and implemented projects in the Finance Domain
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, SOQL, HTML, and CSS, and familiarity with Python, MySQL, or other database tools
- Hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce Lightning, Visualforce pages, automation tools, and dashboards.
- Experience of Integration of SFDC with other Applications (using AppExchange or Web services)
