What You'll Bring
Education & Experience:
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience in Java/J2EE, Python, or Go
Technical Skills:
- Deep experience in building and maintaining large-scale backend systems or consumer-facing web applications

How You Will Lead
Backend Engineering Excellence:
- Be responsible for 8090% hands-on coding, working on critical backend services
- Design and implement reliable, scalable, and maintainable software systems
- Contribute to architectural decisions, design reviews, and system optimization efforts
AI Integration & Innovation:
- Collaborate with AI experts and data scientists to integrate AI features into backend applications
- Propose AI-powered solutions to business problems and participate in their design and implementation
- Ensure seamless AI model integration, monitoring, and performance optimization within the tech stack
Best Practices & Mentorship:
- Conduct code reviews, write unit/integration tests, and ensure engineering excellence
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in system design, performance, and quality
