Job Title: HMI Testing Engineer

Location: Bangalore (5 days WFO)

Job Summary

We are hiring an HMI Testing Engineer with 5+ years of experience in industrial automation and control systems. The candidate should have hands-on experience in HMI testing, PLC, SCADA, and Honeywell DCS/EPKS environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform testing and validation of HMI applications and control systems
• Work on Honeywell Experion PKS (EPKS), DCS, PLC, and SCADA systems
• Execute functional, integration, and system testing activities
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and coordinate with development teams for issue resolution
• Prepare test cases, test reports, and documentation
• Support commissioning and troubleshooting activities

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in HMI Testing and Industrial Automation
• Hands-on experience in:
• Honeywell Experion PKS
• PLC
• SCADA
• DCS systems
• Good understanding of industrial communication protocols and control systems
• Experience in testing, debugging, and validation activities
• Strong analytical and communication skills
