Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced PLC / DCS / HMI / SCADA Testing Engineer with strong expertise in Honeywell DCS and EPKS systems. The candidate should have hands-on experience in testing, validation, and troubleshooting of industrial automation systems including PLC, DCS, HMI, and SCADA platforms.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Honeywell DCS
- Experience working on EPKS (Experion PKS)
- Expertise in PLC, DCS, HMI, and SCADA Testing
- Good understanding of industrial automation systems and testing methodologies
- Experience in FAT, SAT, IO Testing, and Commissioning Support
Key Responsibilities
- Perform testing, validation, and verification of PLC, DCS, HMI, and SCADA systems
- Execute FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), SAT (Site Acceptance Test), and IO Testing
- Validate PLC/DCS logic including alarms, interlocks, sequences, and control loops
- Test and validate HMI/SCADA graphics, tags, alarms, trends, and navigation
- Review Functional Design Specifications (FDS), Cause & Effect diagrams, and P&IDs
- Prepare and execute test plans, test cases, and test reports
- Identify, troubleshoot, and track defects to closure
- Coordinate with engineering, commissioning, and project teams for issue resolution
- Support field testing and commissioning activities when required
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and customer specifications
Required Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in Honeywell DCS / Experion PKS (EPKS)
- Experience with SCADA/HMI platforms like Wonderware, WinCC, iFIX, Citect, FactoryTalk View, or Intouch
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols like Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, OPC, and HART
- Ability to read and understand P&IDs, loop diagrams, wiring drawings, and control narratives
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
