Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area, with remote work flexibility. As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in AI, you will design, develop, and implement innovative AI-driven products to meet the evolving needs of our clients. Day-to-day responsibilities involve back-end software development, prompt engineering, agent development, and building scalable, available and multi-tenant systems that align with the Cornerstone Galaxy AI platform. You will apply your expertise in programming, software design principles/patterns and object-oriented methodologies to contribute to advanced AI projects and drive impactful user experiences. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, product managers will be key to your role.

Qualifications

* Strong foundation in Computer Science with knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles/patterns

* Experience in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, including building scalable and efficient systems

* Experience in AI applications development involving prompt engineering, agent development

* Experience in mentoring junior engineers

* Proficiency in Programming with a focus on languages such as Python, Java, or equivalent

* Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and their practical applications

* Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to innovative solutions

* Ability to collaborate in a hybrid work environment and adapt to dynamic project needs

* Previous experience in AI/ML software engineering is a strong advantage

* A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or 5+ years professional experience
