NICE Actimize Financial Crime Prevention solutions. You will be part of a dynamic, bright, and customerfacing Professional Services team that works closely with leading global financial institutions.
You are someone who enjoys building intelligent, scalable, and reliable solutions, has strong handson Java and webtechnology experience, and is passionate about understanding customer requirements to design custom enhancements within the Actimize ecosystem.

How will you make an impact
You will work with highly motivated engineers, SE Leads, and architects to design, customize, and deliver highquality solutions for Actimize products across AML, Fraud, and Trading Compliance domains.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Determining technical feasibility by evaluating requirements and proposed solutions
- Designing and implementing system specifications, standards, and programming elements
- Enhancing existing solutions by configuring and customizing features using Actimize, Java/J2EE, SQL, and related technologies
- Testing and approving software solutions, configurations, and customizations
- Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues
- Using engineering tools such as configuration management systems, debuggers, and build processes
- Participating in peer code reviews and providing feedback
- Providing reliable solutions using strong problemsolving techniques
- Performing rootcause analysis and defining corrective actions
- Mentoring less experienced engineers
- Estimating effort, evaluating new technologies, and contributing to design discussions
- Applying urgency and strong commitment to deliver technical solutions on time
- Engaging crossfunctional teams to broaden technical and domain expertise
- Reviewing product documentation for technical accuracy
- Documenting solutions with clear diagrams, code, and technical documentation
Have you got what it takes
Musthave Skills
- Strong handson Java/J2EE experience
- Strong experience with JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, XML, XSL, Web Services/APIs
- Proficiency in MS SQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
- Experience across Windows and Linux
- Handson experience with AI tools such as MS Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problemsolving skills
- Strong written and spoken English
- Proactive and teamoriented approach
- BE/BTech in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Good to Have
- Prior Actimize experience (big plus)
- Cassandra experience
- Familiarity with AWS/Azure, container technologies
- Experience with Tableau
