Job Description

Build and maintain high-quality automated testing frameworks and pipelines for backend applications.
Design and implement automation testing best practices, quality standards, and processes.
Write and execute extensive test cases for verification of web applications and backend services.
Test REST APIs in a microservice environment and write contract tests using tools like Pact, Postman, and Cypress.
Collaborate with backend engineers and engineering managers to enhance automation testing and quality practices.
Assist developers in troubleshooting testing issues and improving automation knowledge across the team.
Maintain and monitor the health of the automation testing pipeline.
Conduct manual verification of full feature testing to ensure quality across supported devices.
Act as a mentor and coach for junior QA engineers and promote quality standards across the team.
Contribute to improving CI/CD workflows, SDLC processes, and overall quality methodologies.
