Role Overview
As a Frontend SDE-3, you will take ownership of complex frontend systems, drive architectural decisions, and mentor junior engineers. You will work closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver highly performant,scalable, and user-centric web applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and scale high-performance frontend applications using React.js and Next.js
Own frontend architecture and drive best practices around performance, security, and scalability
Build reusable components and frontend frameworks for large-scale applications
Optimize applications for speed, accessibility, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers
Mentor and guide junior frontend engineers, conducting code reviews and design discussions
Contribute to technical planning, estimations, and roadmap discussions
Ensure high-quality releases through strong engineering and testing practices
Required Skills & Experience
58 years of experience in frontend development for consumer-scale products
Strong hands-on expertise in React.js and Next.js
Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend tooling
Experience building and scaling applications with large user bases and high traffic
Solid understanding of frontend performance optimization and best practices
Familiarity with REST APIs, state management libraries, and frontend testing frameworks
Experience working in fast-paced, product-driven environment
