We are a global Digital transformation teamin Schneider Electric mainly focusing on Smart Factory solution and Analytics development for ETO LoB. We are looking for some talented and experienced OutSystems Developers to join our global team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining innovative applications and solutions using the OutSystems low-code platform to support our digital and smart factory initiatives globally.

Requirements:

Must have hands-on experience in Outsystems low code platform.

Must have hands-on experience in web application development, Web services, REST API, HTML, CSS, and Javascript.

Must have good communication skills ( need to connect overseas BA / Clients/deployment leaders).

Preferred Qualifications:

• OutSystems certifications (e.g., OutSystems Professional Developer) would be a plus.
• Knowledge of manufacturing or smart factory processes and systems is desirable.
• Familiarity with JIRA or other DevOps practices
• Nice to have hands-on experience in Dot net Technologies (.Net Core MVC /ASP.NET/C#/VB.NET)
• Nice to have experience in Tableau.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand requirements for digital and smart factory applications and solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and high-quality applications using the OutSystems low-code platform.
• Customize and extend OutSystems applications through custom development and integration with external systems and APIs.
• Ensure the performance, security, and reliability of developed applications, adhering to best practices and standards.
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives within the development team.
• Provide technical expertise and support for OutSystems development best practices and platform capabilities.
