Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Developer specializing in LLMs and agent-based systems to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate has strong experience in backend development and a solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, particularly in building and deploying AI-powered agents.
You will design, develop, and optimize intelligent systems leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), contribute to scalable backend architectures, and integrate AI solutions into enterprise workflows. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI technologies, including prompt engineering, agent frameworks, and cloud-based deployments, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered agents using modern frameworks and tools.
- Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies for LLM-based applications.
- Build robust and scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices to support AI solutions.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems and workflows.
- Collaborate with frontend teams and contribute to UI integration when needed.
- Work with AI/ML models, including evaluation and optimization.
- Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of AI systems.
- Implement logging, monitoring, and tracing for AI workflows.
- Conduct testing, validation, and benchmarking of AI solutions.
- Stay updated with advancements in AI, LLMs, and agent-based architectures.
Requirements
Essential Skills
Job
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts (NLP, model evaluation, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Strong expertise in backend development (Python, Node.js, .NET, APIs, microservices).
- Experience with RESTful APIs and system integrations.
- Expertise in at least one cloud platform (AWS or Azure).
- Familiarity with databases, data processing, and system design.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of security and data privacy (PII/PHI).

Other Relevant Information
