Job Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Business Partnership: Partner with business units to understand their strategic objectives and facilitate the effective planning and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  2. Organizational Development Support: Drive organizational growth through initiatives including:
  • Organizational capability enhancement
  • Compensation and benefits management
  • Leadership development and succession planning
  • Comprehensive HR program implementation
  1. Employee Engagement & Culture Building:
  • Establish effective and diverse communication channels through proactive engagement with management and employees
  • Ensure smooth information flow across the organization
  • Foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and goodwill
  • Promote and strengthen company values and culture
  1. Business-Driven HR Solutions:
  • Deeply understand business operations to identify challenges and needs
  • Develop targeted HR solutions addressing specific business problems
  • Contribute to HR backend system development and optimization
  • Participate in designing comprehensive HR strategies and programs

Qualifications & Requirements

  1. Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher (full-time education)
  • Team management experience required
  • Preferred: Experience in smart hardware/software industry
  • Preferred: Overseas regional HRBP operation experience
  1. HR Expertise:
  • Thorough understanding of daily HR management workflows
  • Proficiency in HR management tools, techniques, and resources
  • Familiarity with HR best practices and modern methodologies
  1. Professional Competencies:
  • Strong sense of responsibility and adherence to principles
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills
  • Fast learning ability and adaptability
  • Clear, analytical thinking with agile problem-solving mindset
  1. Communication Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and initiative-driving capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
  1. Language & Regional Experience:
  • Required: English proficiency as working language
  • Preferred: Experience working in or with India
