Qualifications & Requirements
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or higher (full-time education)
- Team management experience required
- Preferred: Experience in smart hardware/software industry
- Preferred: Overseas regional HRBP operation experience
- HR Expertise:
- Thorough understanding of daily HR management workflows
- Proficiency in HR management tools, techniques, and resources
- Familiarity with HR best practices and modern methodologies
