This role requires deep technical expertise, strong ownership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment collaborating across global cross-functional teams
As we expand next-generation financial and operational system integrations, you will play a pivotal part in building scalable microservices frameworks and intelligent automation layers that leverage real-time enterprise data. Experience working with Oracle Fusion, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and modern AI frameworks will be key to succeeding in this role.

Design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud-native microservices to enable secure and efficient integration between ERP and EPM systems.

Work hands-on with Kubernetes, Docker, and OCI services (Object Storage, IDCS, Networking, OIC/OAuth Security etc.).

Build intelligent integration capabilities using Agentic AI and traditional machine learning approaches to automate business workflows and decision assistance.

Collaborate with product owners, solution architects, Fusion developers, AI teams, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality releases and integration solutions.

Take full technical ownership of integration projects from requirement analysis, architecture, development to deployment & support.

Ensure performance, reliability, observability, telemetry, and fault-tolerant behavior in production microservices environments.

Participate in solution design reviews and provide expert recommendations to optimize architecture and improve system performance.

Document design artifacts, deliver technical presentations, and communicate with both technical and business stakeholders.

Evaluate new technologies, prototype proof-of-concepts, and drive innovation in AI-enabled enterprise automation.

Support hiring, mentoring and knowledge sharing within the engineering team.

Required Skills & Experience

410 years of hands-on experience developing cloud-native microservices and distributed systems.

Strong proficiency in Java / J2EE, Spring Boot or Helidon frameworks, REST services, and microservice design patterns.

Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Gradle.

Good knowledge of SQL/PLSQL and performance tuning in Java and/or database-based systems.

Experience working with Oracle OCI services (Object Storage, IDCS, Functions, Vault etc.).

Familiarity with ERP/EPM integration patterns, APIs, security contexts (OAuth/SAML), and enterprise event frameworks.

Knowledge or hands-on experience in Agentic AI frameworks, LLM-based solutions, or ML-based automation.

Excellent analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills with strong verbal and written communication.
