Senior Software Developer

Dow has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Developer in Advance Microsoft Technologies located in Mumbai, India. As a Senior Developer, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise software solutions using Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, and AI technologies. Mentor junior developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive Agile project delivery across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable applications with Azure services (App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, DevOps).
• Design and implement Power Apps and Power platform based solutions (Canvas & Model-Driven) to optimize business processes.
• Integrate AI (Azure AI, Cognitive Services, OpenAI APIs) for automation and enhanced user experience.
• Lead Agile teams, manage sprints, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Oversee all SDLC phases: requirements, design, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, data scientists, and DevOps engineers.
• Ensure security, scalability, and performance of solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT discipline OR minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree
• Must be legally authorized to work in India.
• Proven Agile project management and SDLC leadership.
• Microsoft certifications (Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Power Platform Developer Associate) are a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Azure: Functions, Logic Apps, App Services, DevOps, ARM templates.
• Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse.
• Programming: C#, .NET, REST APIs; familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript and Python is a plus.
• DevOps: GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines, Terraform.
• Databases: SQL Server, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB.
• Security: RBAC, OAuth, data governance.
• Proficiency in using GitHub Copilot in various activities and deliverables of SDLC.
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strategic thinking aligned with business goals. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Passion for innovation and continuous learning.
