Senior Software Developer-Designer Automation Quadient

We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Developer with expertise in Quadient Designer+Automation to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that leverage Quadient technologies to automate document processes, improve operational efficiencies, and drive innovation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and engineers to define project requirements and technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and implement scalable and robust software applications using Quadient Designer+Automation tools and frameworks.
• Integrate Quadient Designer+Automation capabilities to automate document creation, formatting, and distribution processes.
• Optimize workflows and enhance user interfaces to improve usability and user experience.
• Ensure code quality, perform code reviews, and enforce coding standards to maintain high standards of software excellence.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Quadient technologies and recommend new tools and methodologies to improve development processes.
• Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and support continuous learning and skill development within the team.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Software Developer or similar role with expertise in Quadient Designer+Automation technologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as [list relevant languages, e.g., Java, C#, Python].
