We are looking for a senior social media marketing specialist who can wear multiple hats. You won't just be posting on Instagram; you will be responsible for the entire digital funnelfrom creating content that educates parents/doctors to managing the website and analyzing how those visitors turn into leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Social media & content (the voice):
- Manage LinkedIn (B2B/Doctors) and Instagram/Facebook (Parents/B2C).
- Translate complex clinical/AI tech into simple, empathetic content (Reels, Carousels, Case Studies).
Goal: Increase brand awareness and trust.
- Website & SEO (the hub):
- Manage the company website (WordPress/Wix, etc.), ensuring landing pages are updated and working.
- Perform basic SEO (Keywords, Blogs) to ensure parents searching for Autism Therapy find Cogniable.
Goal: Drive organic traffic.
- Performance marketing (the engine):
- Assist in running paid ad campaigns (Google Ads/Meta Ads).
- Monitor simple metrics: Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Click-Through Rate (CTR).
Goal: Generate cost-effective B2C inquiries.
- Email marketing (the nurture):
- Design and send monthly newsletters to our database of parents and partner clinics.
- Create automated drip campaigns for new website signups.
- Analytics (the scorecard):
- Track performance using Google Analytics and social insights.
- Report on: How many leads did we get this week and where did they come from
