If you live and breathe Social Media Marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Digital & Social Media Executive to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels primarily on social media for us and the client's
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute all social media campaigns.
- Maintain our and the client's social media presence.
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess them against goals (ROI and KPIs) for our clients.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create creatives for social media.
- Utilize solid analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Work with influencers for clients on behalf of the company.
Requirements -
- Knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
- An active social media enthusiast is required.
- Excellent English skills and the ability to write creative copy are a must.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Understanding of advanced marketing principles.
- Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Completion of projects in social media marketing.
- Minimum of 1.5 to 2 years of proven experience in social media marketing.
- Agency experience will be preferred.
- Ability to identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.

Mode - Work from Office
Salary Range - Rs 15,000 - Rs 30,000 a month.
