Position: Sr. Social Media Manager Experience: 4 Years
Location: Pune (Pune Based Employees) Mode of Work: Hybrid
This is a full-time role for a Social Media Manager at Quarterpillars Media. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with social media management, including content creation, communication with clients, developing and implementing social media strategies, and optimising social media presence. This is a hybrid role, with the majority of work located in Pune but there is flexibility for some remote work.
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement across all platforms.
- Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of social media professionals, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and deliver tailored social media solutions.
- Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to ensure relevancy and effectiveness.
- Create and curate visually compelling content that aligns with brand aesthetics and appeals to our target audience.
- Manage client relationships, providing regular updates and ensuring satisfaction with results.
- Solid understanding of design aesthetics and how to apply them to social media content.
- Excellent client management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and handle multiple projects at once.
- Creative thinker with a passion for staying on top of trends in social media, design, and digital marketing
- Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in content strategy and writing
