We're looking for a Senior Social Media Strategistsomeone who understands culture as much as algorithms, thinks in narratives but executes with data, and knows how to build brands that people actually want to follow. You'll own the social voice, lead platform strategy, and ensure our content doesn't just trendit resonates.
What You'll Do
Own and lead end-to-end social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, emerging channels).
Define and evolve brand tone, content pillars, and storytelling frameworks for different audiences and platforms.
Plan and drive high-impact content calendars aligned with campaigns, launches, and business goals.
Spot cultural moments, platform trends, and format shifts earlyand translate them into relevant, timely content.
Collaborate closely with designers, video teams, creators, SEO/SEM, and performance marketers to deliver integrated social-first campaigns.
Use insights, analytics, and platform data to optimize content performance, engagement, and growth.
Guide and mentor junior social media managers and content executives.
Manage community engagement strategies and ensure consistent, on-brand conversations.
Identify content gaps and growth opportunities across organic and paid social.
What You Bring
Strong experience managing and scaling brand social media accounts.
A deep understanding of social platforms, algorithms, formats, and audience behavior.
Excellent storytelling, caption-writing, and content ideation skills.
The ability to balance creativity with performance metrics like reach, engagement, CTR, and conversions.
Strong instinct for trends, memes, and internet culturewith the judgment to use them smartly.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
