Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for a Senior Social Media Executive. The primary responsibilities include managing social media platforms, creating and scheduling engaging content, developing and implementing social media strategies, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns. The Senior Social Media Executive will collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall marketing strategies and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
- Experience in Digital Marketing and overall Marketing strategies
- Strong Communication skills for drafting engaging posts and interacting with online communities
- Familiarity with analytics tools to track, report, and enhance campaign performance
- Creativity and the ability to understand and promote brand voice
- Knowledge of agriculture or sustainability sectors is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related fields is preferred
