We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Social Media Executive to manage and strengthen our brand's digital presence. The role requires expertise in social media crisis communication, brand reputation management, visual storytelling, and content strategy across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle social media crisis communication and support ongoing brand reputation management
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, and publishing across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others
- Drive community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and execute a strong content strategy aligned with brand positioning
- Lead visual storytelling initiatives including creatives, reels, videos, and campaigns
- Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and platform updates
- Coordinate with internal teams to maintain consistent brand messaging
- Track performance metrics and prepare reports and insights
Candidate Profile
- 46 years of hands-on experience in social media management
- Strong command over content planning, visuals, and storytelling
- Experience handling sensitive brand communication situations
