Position Overview :

We are looking for a highly creative and proactive Social Media professional who can drive growth through innovative content, strong visual storytelling, and community-led brand building.This role goes beyond day-to-day posting. You will help define campaign visual language, experiment with new tools, and build engaged communities across and beyond traditional social platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with revenue, lead generation, and brand objectives
  • Build and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with campaigns, product launches, and key events
  • Identify and implement new growth opportunities (campaigns, contests, collaborations, moment marketing, emerging formats, etc.)

Creative Direction & Visual Language

  • Establish the visual language for new campaigns (color systems, creative styles, layout directions, tone of visuals)
  • Conceptualize innovative content across formats including carousels, reels, short-form videos, motion graphics, etc.
  • Continuously experiment with new creative approaches to improve engagement and differentiation
  • Ensure brand consistency while evolving visual storytelling

Execution & Engagement

  • Manage day-to-day posting and campaign execution
  • Coordinate with ORM and customer support teams for issue resolution
  • Maintain platform hygiene and brand consistency

New Opportunities and Communities

  • Identify and evaluate new tools (AI, automation, design, video, analytics) to improve performance across social media
  • Conceptualize and execute community-building initiatives beyond standard posting (forums, groups, partnerships, niche platforms, etc.)
  • Build long-term engagement strategies that create loyal brand advocates

Requirement

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role.
  • Strong creative instincts with a sharp visual eye
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • A pleasant disposition, excellent written and spoken communication skills, and high enthusiasm levels
  • Data-driven mindset with growth orientation
  • Familiarity with social media publishing tools, AI features, and emerging marketing technologies

Education

UG: Any Graduate

PG: Any Postgraduate/ Post-Graduation Not Required
