Job DescriptionSenior Position Senior Snowflake & AI Solutions Architect
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Snowflake & AI Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable data platforms and AI-driven enterprise applications. This role requires deep expertise in Snowflake Data Warehouse architecture, hands-on experience with Snowflake Cortex LLM, and the ability to build conversational AI solutions that enable natural language interaction with enterprise data.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical architecture skills with functional domain understanding across HR, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities1. Snowflake Data Architecture & Engineering- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance data models on Snowflake DWH.
- Develop dimensional models, data vault architectures, and optimized transformation pipelines.
- Drive performance tuning, cost optimization, workload isolation, and data governance.
- Implement secure data sharing, row-level security, and role-based access controls.
2. AI & Snowflake Cortex LLM Development- Build and deploy AI agents using Snowflake Cortex LLM.
- Design Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures grounded on enterprise data.
- Develop semantic search, vector embeddings, and prompt engineering frameworks.
- Ensure secure LLM integration with governed enterprise datasets.
3. Conversational Insights Platform- Architect and implement conversational analytics solutions enabling natural language interaction with enterprise data.
- Deliver contextual, persona-based insights for CXOs and functional leaders.
- Build explainable AI layers and data lineage transparency.
- Integrate structured and semi-structured data sources for unified insights.
4. Advanced Analytics & Intelligence Platform Enablement- Leverage Snowflake Intelligence Platform for AI-powered analytics applications.
- Enable real-time dashboards, predictive analytics, and automated insight generation.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable data solutions.
5. Business & Functional Collaboration- Work closely with HR, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to design domain-specific data models.
- Lead discovery workshops and translate business KPIs into analytical frameworks.
- Provide thought leadership on enterprise AI adoption and data strategy.
Required Qualifications- 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or AI Solutions.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Proven expertise in scalable data modeling (Dimensional, Data Vault, Star/Snowflake schema).
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake Cortex LLM and AI agent deployment.
- Experience in building conversational analytics or NLP-based enterprise tools.
- Strong understanding of vector search, embeddings, and RAG frameworks.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and modern data stack tools.
- Strong knowledge of data governance, security, and access control frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in enterprise AI transformation initiatives.
- Exposure to MLOps and model lifecycle management.
- Experience in domain analytics across HR, Sales, Finance, or Supply Chain.
- Cloud certifications (Snowflake, Azure, AWS, or GCP preferred).
