This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Slope/Safety Engineer based in Shillong. The Senior Slope/Safety Engineer will be responsible for analyzing slope stability, performing site inspections, designing appropriate remedial measures, and ensuring safety compliance. Daily tasks also include collaboration with project teams, preparing technical reports, supervising fieldwork, and engaging with stakeholders as needed to achieve project objectives.

• Strong technical expertise in slope stability analysis, geotechnical engineering, and designing safety measures
• Proficiency in project planning, technical reporting, and data analysis
• Experience with software tools related to geotechnical and safety engineering
• Excellent fieldwork supervision and stakeholder communication skills
• Professional certifications in geotechnical engineering or related fields are advantageous
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in geotechnical engineering, civil engineering, or a related discipline
• Proven track record of working on infrastructure or construction projects, with experience in slope design and safety assessments
