Senior Slack Enterprise Grid Consultant (SME)

Salary- 2.5L 3.5L/Month
Objective:
To lead the design, configuration, and deployment of a new Slack Enterprise Grid instance for 5,000 users, and support the phased migration of acquired company workspaces into a unified Slack environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and configure a Greenfield Slack Enterprise Grid environment
- Integrate with MoneyLion systems (SSO, SCIM, identity provider)
- Establish governance policies, naming conventions, user group structures
- Enable Slack Connect for external collaboration across companies
- Support onboarding of 6,000 users and coordinate user provisioning
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document use cases, channel structures, and app integration needs
- Assist with the planning and execution of Phase Two Slack workspace migrations
- Evaluate and deploy tools or scripts for exporting/importing channels, messages, and files
- Act as the internal Slack SME during live cutover support (May 28June 2) and ongoing migration planning
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience deploying and managing Slack Enterprise Grid at scale
- Strong understanding of Slack Connect, SCIM, APIs, SSO, and user provisioning
- Familiarity with 3rd-party tools for Slack workspace migrations (e.g., CloudHQ, Onna)
- Experience supporting Slack integrations with platforms like Jira, Salesforce, Zoom, etc.
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work with engineering, IT, and security teams across multiple organizations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Slack Certified Admin or Architect
- Experience with Slack-to-Slack migrations
- Background in large-scale IT infrastructure or collaboration tooling transitions
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams decommissioning is a plus
