Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Site Project Manager, based in Chennai and project sites (as per project requirements). The Senior Site Project Manager will oversee and manage end-to-end execution of large-scale railway and civil infrastructure projects, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.

The role involves coordinating project schedules, managing on-site teams, enforcing quality and safety standards, and coordinating with vendors, consultants, and stakeholders. The candidate will also be responsible for using the Onsite ERP mobile application for real-time material requests, site expense updates, progress tracking, and approvals, ensuring effective project monitoring and control.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience:4 to 10+ years in railway or civil infrastructure project execution
• Strong skills in Project Management, Leadership, and Team Coordination
• Hands-on experience in Inspection and Quality Control to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Familiarity with ERP systems / mobile-based project management tools (Onsite ERP experience preferred)
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• Prior experience in railway infrastructure projects will be a strong advantage
