Royallinks is a growing construction and interior design firm based in HSR Layout, Bangalore. We specialize in residential and commercial construction projects with a strong focus on quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

We are looking for a highly responsible and experienced Senior Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure quality execution, manage manpower, and coordinate with vendors and clients. The candidate must have strong technical knowledge and leadership skills to independently handle projects.

• Supervise daily site activities and construction progress.
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor structural, finishing, plumbing, and electrical works.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned milestones.

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Handle material planning and ensure timely procurement.
• Maintain effective communication with clients regarding site progress.

• Conduct regular quality inspections at site.
• Ensure proper curing, alignment, leveling, and finishing.
• Implement corrective actions for deviations.

• Prepare daily progress reports (DPR).
• Track project schedule and update management regularly.
• Maintain site records including measurement books, bills, and approvals.

• Monitor material consumption and avoid wastage.
• Verify contractor bills and measurements.
• Ensure site expenses are within the approved budget.

• Enforce safety standards at site.
• Ensure compliance with local building regulations and safety norms.

• Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 35 years of relevant site experience in residential or commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and site documentation.
