Shree Renuka Infra Build (SRIB) is a growing civil construction company executing projects across Maharashtra and Karnataka.
We are currently engaged in works for the Railway Department, including:
Station building construction
Road Under Bridge (RUB) works by pushing / jacking method
Earthwork and allied infrastructure works
In addition, we execute:
Drain works
RCC & building construction works
Urban and infrastructure development projects
We focus on quality execution, timely delivery, and strong site coordination.
Role Description
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Site Engineer / Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate multiple ongoing projects at different locations
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Coordination
Coordinate day-to-day construction activities across multiple sites
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications & timelines
Plan weekly and monthly targets and ensure achievement
Site Team Management
Coordinate and control site supervisors, foremen & labour
Guide site teams to improve productivity and quality
Report manpower requirements to management
Subcontractor & Vendor Coordination
Coordinate subcontractors for RCC, shuttering, finishing & allied works
Monitor subcontractor progress, quality and timelines
Coordinate material deliveries with vendors
Billing & Progress Tracking
Assist in measurement recording and RA bill preparation
Ensure timely submission of bills and certification follow-ups
Maintain site progress records and reports
Reporting & Communication
Provide daily site updates (photos, progress status)
Weekly progress, delay analysis & action plan reporting
Act as the main execution point between sites and management
Qualifications
Candidate Requirements
Diploma / BE / BTech in Civil Engineering
58 years of experience in building / infrastructure projects
Experience handling multiple sites
Good knowledge of RCC, earthwork, drainage & finishing works
Willing to travel between sites in Maharashtra & Karnataka
Strong coordination and reporting skills.
