Development and implementation of SHE plans and assure its compliance in the project
Establish required communications between employees, SHE committee, corporate and project SHE management.
Ensure Safety in the project sites is maintained and aligned in accordance to company /client SHE management system
Oversight of implementing the SHE management plan at site
Conduct internal ISO and MARS audit at site
Implement company's SHE Digital initiatives at site
Knowledge of Hazard identification and Risk assessment/ Management, Accident investigation, Auditing
Coaching and mentoring the staff, workmen, sub-contractors etc. Overseeing their activities and helping them to develop their role in SHE management.
Develop, implement and monitor the project and corporate SHE objectives at site
Provide visible SHE leadership across the company/project through implementation of the SHE strategy and objectives.
Deliver training to staff, workmen, sub-contractors etc. on appropriate SHE topic to help to develop the stakeholders skills in SHE management.
Conduct workplace SHE inspection and ensure compliance.
Prepare SHE related reports as per company/customer requirements
Explore various national & international level safety awards
Conduct various safety promotional program and participate internal & external stakeholders
Prepare plans, procedure, SOP's related to SHE management
Total 10 years, similar work experience 3 years (Metro/ Rail infrastructure project experience preferred/Ballast less track work experience is highly preferred.
