Requirements
What You'll Be Doing
- Designing and implementing tailored ServiceNow solutions aligned to complex business needs
- Developing and configuring advanced applications, workflows, and platform modules
- Building and leading integrations with enterprise systems and third-party applications
- Applying deep expertise in APIs, Flow Designer, automation, and scripting (JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS)
- Building complex workflows and customising platform components (tables, forms, business rules, scripts, UI actions)
- Identifying automation opportunities to drive efficiency and operational resilience
- Mentoring and guiding developers; enforcing coding standards and best practices
- Managing the full solution lifecycle, including documentation and deployment readiness
- Providing operational support, troubleshooting, and platform health oversight
- Staying ahead of ServiceNow upgrades and driving continuous platform improvement
What You Bring
- 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
- Strong delivery across ITSM, CSM, CMDB, Asset Management, and Integrations
- 5+ years of proven experience implementing Asset Management in ServiceNow
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
- At least one CIS certification (ITSM or CSM preferred)
- Strong understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior engineers
