Pega Qualifications:
- 6+ years of Pega development experience.
- 2+ years in a leadership or senior developer role.
- Strong expertise in Pega PRPC, BPM, and application development.
- Pega Certified System Architect (CSSA) required.
- Experience with Pega Decisioning and integration with third-party systems.
- Experience with infinity version is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
