Job Title: Service now - Event Management.

Location Remote
Shift 4Pm to 1 Am
Min 5yrs of Event Management experience is mandatory.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
o6 - 10 years of experience implementing the workflows and API's on event management platforms
oHands-on experience with ServiceNow Event Management module, including configuration and integration
oStrong development experience in Workflows, Sub-flows, Flow Designer, and process integrations
oFamiliarity with third-party monitoring and alerting tools like SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Splunk or similar platforms.
oExperience with Regex, Java Script, PowerShell, Python, and/or Linux scripting, and RESTful API
oProficiency in configuring event correlation, alerting workflows, and incident generation within ServiceNow.
oKnowledge of ITIL practices and experience implementing event-driven incident management processes.
oSelected candidate is expected to work on US Eastern Time zone
oProvide weekend prod implementation, upgrade validation support, on-call support as required
oCustomer focus: Commitment to delivering value to customers and ensuring their requirements are met
Preferred:
oKnowledge of ITIL practices and experience implementing event-driven incident management processes.
oKnowledge in CMDB, Service mapping and CI relationships
oStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
oExperience with cloud monitoring tools such as AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor
oExperience with Service Operations Workspace, Health Log Analytics (HLA), Agent Client Collector (ACC), ITOM Now Assist
oUnderstand Predictive Intelligence and Predictive AIOps
oExcellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
oServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for Event Management.
