Hiring: Senior ServiceNow Developer (Senior Associate)

We are looking for x10 Senior ServiceNow Developers to join a consulting-led environment, supporting enterprise ServiceNow implementations across one or more modules: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or SPM.

This is a permanent role based in Hyderabad or Bangalore, suited for candidates who enjoy hands-on development and working closely with stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and deliver ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and client requirements
• Implement and enhance ITIL-based processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management
• Build workflows, service catalogs, integrations, and platform automation
• Perform custom development using JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI components
• Work within Agile delivery teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• 6-8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Strong platform development expertise including JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Script Includes, and IntegrationHub
• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following modules: CSM, HRSD, ITOM, or ITAM
• Deep expertise in at least one ServiceNow product area
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations and enhancements
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model, security, integrations, and platform architecture
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations
• ServiceNow certifications preferred (CSA, CAD, and relevant module certifications)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• 30 days or less notice period must (start end of August or end of September)

• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments
• Exposure to multiple ServiceNow product suites
• Experience with platform upgrades and governance frameworks
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture and integration patterns
• Mentoring or guiding junior developers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
• At least one ServiceNow certification: CSA, CAD, or CIS
