We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions across enterprise engagements.
You will work in a client-facing consulting environment, translating business requirements into high-quality technical implementations across the ServiceNow platform.
This role requires strong hands-on capability, ownership mindset, and the ability to guide junior developers while driving delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and implement ServiceNow customisations including core platform configuration, workflows, integrations and reporting
- Develop using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Pages, UI Macros and Flow Designer
- Configure ITSM and related modules (HRSD, GRC, VR, ITOM, SecOps where applicable)
- Build and consume REST/SOAP Web Services integrations
- Perform data imports, transformation mapping and third-party integrations
- Support solution design discussions and contribute to technical architecture decisions
- Lead or support sprint delivery in Agile environments
- Conduct unit testing, SIT, UAT support and ensure high-quality deployments
- Mentor junior developers and review code for quality and best practices
- Interface directly with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements and provide technical guidance
Must Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- ServiceNow platform development experience (6+ years minimum)
- Experience with REST/SOAP Web Services
- Experience delivering full-cycle ServiceNow implementations
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- At least one Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM / HRSD / GRC / ITOM / SecOps / VR)

- Exposure to AngularJS
- Integration experience with Active Directory
- Experience working with Azure or AWS
- Exposure to enterprise-scale ServiceNow deployments
