Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical design & development using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and custom app dev
• Manage & optimise large-scale integrations across enterprise systems
• Lead Service Portal custom widget development and UI framework enhancements
• Own data migration, Transform Maps, and ACL-based secure data access solutions
• Implement Restricted APIs and secure attachment transfer capabilities
• Hands-on with ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management
• Mentor junior developers and enforce development standards
• Support platform upgrades and ensure app compatibility

Certifications (Preferred):

• CSA + CAD (mandatory)
• CIS in ITOM/ITSM (added advantage)

Required Technical Skills:

• 58 years of strong ServiceNow engineering experience
• Proficient in API development, scoped applications, and Scripted REST/APIs
• Good understanding of ITIL processes and CMDB architecture
• Performance optimisation of flows, portal, and integrations
