About the role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced ServiceNow Senior Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing ServiceNow HRSD solutions and possess a strong understanding of the end-to-end greenfield implementation lifecycle. This role requires a self-starter with in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules, integrations, and development, as well as excellent communication and customer engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow HRSD solutions, including requirements gathering, design, development, and deployment.
  • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, including screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, and LDAP integrations.
  • Create and maintain custom scripts, third-party software integrations, and ServiceNow APIs for enhanced functionality.
  • Manage and configure ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Service Catalog, Change, Knowledge, Asset, and CMDB.
  • Extend the ServiceNow schema to support custom applications and utilize platform capabilities like Discovery, Orchestration, Virtual Agent, and Performance Analytics.
  • Develop and maintain system integrations using web services and web-based technologies such as REST/SOAP, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, and HTTP.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address business needs and provide innovative solutions.
  • Maintain ServiceNow best practices and ensure seamless performance and scalability.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3.5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementations.
  • Extensive experience in greenfield implementations of ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
  • Strong programming skills, with proficiency in JavaScript (required) and scripting languages like Python, Perl, Unix Shell, or Windows Shell (desired).
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules and platform capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience with system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other web technologies.
  • Experience working with relational databases and database structures.
  • Proficiency in configuring and working with Virtual Agent and Performance Analytics.
  • ServiceNow CSA certification is required; CIS certifications are a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer engagement skills.
