Role: Senior ServiceNow Developer

Location: Hyderabad, Bangaluru, Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications and modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).

Build and customize workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.

Develop and maintain custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.

Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, APIs, and MID Server.

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Ensure compliance with coding standards, security policies, and best practices.

Provide production support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Document technical designs, configurations, and support procedures.

Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.

Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).

Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, AngularJS, HTML, CSS.

Proficiency in ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, LDAP, SSO, OAuth).

Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Orchestration, and IntegrationHub.

Knowledge of ServiceNow upgrade processes and release management.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).

Exposure to ServiceNow ITBM, SecOps, GRC, or IRM modules.

Experience with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines).

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for hybrid integrations.
