Key Responsibilities
ServiceNow Architecture & Design
- Lead enterprise-level ServiceNow architecture, design, and implementation
- Develop automations, integrations, custom apps, orchestrations, and workflows
- Ensure platform adherence to ServiceNow best practices across design, admin, build, test, and release
Platform Strategy & Governance
- Conduct POCs / POVs, define platform roadmap, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Govern 3rd-party ServiceNow partners to ensure alignment with organizational standards
- Drive technical decisions and architectural guidelines for enterprise deployments
Stakeholder & Delivery Management
- Collaborate with IT, business, and security stakeholders to understand requirements and define solutions
- Provide guidance and support across global delivery teams
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives
