Job Description

Design, develop, and implement integrations between ITSM (e.g., ServiceNow) and ITOM platforms (e.g., discovery, event management, orchestration).
Utilize integration technologies such as APIs, web services, middleware, and scripting languages.
Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize ITOM modules within the ServiceNow platform to align with integration requirements.
This includes configuring discovery schedules, probes, sensors, patterns, and event management rules.
Data Synchronization: Establish data synchronization mechanisms between ITSM and ITOM platforms to ensure consistency and accuracy of information.
Implement data mapping, transformation, and reconciliation processes as needed.
