Where Is The Work
On-Site (5 days)
What Will You Do
You will be responsible for commissioning, servicing, and supporting chiller and HVAC systems to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Responsibilities include:
- Commissioning of chillers and HVAC systems.
- Repairing all types of HVAC equipment.
- Conducting customer follow-ups and participating in scheduled meetings.
- Coordinating with the Service Coordinator for manpower deployment and parts requirements.
- Leading weekly team meetings focused on safety, site audits, and pending work.
- Updating the Service Manager and Coordinator with the monthly plan.
- Handling service requirements and complaints for all chiller models and low-side systems as per guidelines.
- Performing timely preventive maintenance (PPM) for chillers as per company SOP.
- Conducting RCA for failures and sharing findings with the Quality team and FFL.
- Ensuring full adherence to Trane EHS guidelines.
- Managing customer service requirements professionally and efficiently.
- Generating leads during service interactions.
- Ensuring high-quality and timely completion of service tasks.
- Submitting daily reports to the office and ASM.
- Sharing service reports with the deployer, including required parts.
- Maintaining a valid 4-wheeler/2-wheeler driving license.
- Following all safety and vehicle audit requirements.
- Applying hands-on experience in chiller installation, warranty work, and AMC services.
- Using MS Office, email, and internet tools effectively for daily reporting and documentation.

- Strong technical knowledge of chiller systems.
- Hands-on experience in chiller servicing, installation, warranty tasks, and AMC support.
- Ability to handle customer interactions and service requests effectively.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, email tools, and internet-based systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong commitment to EHS standards and quality execution.
