Job Title: Senior Service Engineer

Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Senior Service Engineer who is ready to travel for outstation service calls when required. The ideal candidate will be proficient in providing support for digital printing equipment and have a solid technical foundation.

Key Requirements:

Enthusiastic and ready to travel for outstation service calls as needed

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of handling color digital printing machines,

Proficiency in customer handling and making the machines operational as per the KPI

Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and other standard office software

Responsibilities:

Provide both onsite and remote support for HP Indigo Digital Presses

Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure high-quality service delivery

Adhere to processes and procedures for service requests and reporting

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective support

Qualifications:

BE/ B. Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Electrical, Electronics & Computer Engineering, Printing and Packaging Technology

Mandatory conditions to apply:

Minimum four to five years of field experience is must.

Handling of color digital printers (sheet or roll feed), Flexo & digital offset presses
