Job Description

Role Overview:We are seeking aContract Specialistto join ourTechnology Financeorganization. This role involves managing theentire contract lifecycle (CLM), vendor management, and procurement process, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in afast-paced, high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, and negotiatea variety of contracts, includingNDAs, MSAs, SaaS agreements, SOWs, and amendments.

  • Participate invendor sourcing (RFx), supplier recommendations, and contract negotiations.
  • Serve as akey point of contactfor business partners on contracting matters.
  • Analyze company spendto identify and recommendcost-saving opportunities.
  • Collaborate withLegal, Corporate Accounting, Risk, and Compliance teamson contract reviews and regulatory matters.
  • Monitor and reportcontract status, vendor spend, and cost savings metrics.
  • Develop and implement best practicesfor contracting and vendor management processes.
  • Educate and train business partnerson Vendor Management Office (VMO) processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor s degreein Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • 3-8 yearsof experience instrategic sourcing, procurement, contract management, and vendor relationship management(preferably within a technology organization).
  • Strong knowledge ofcontracting principles and vendor management best practices.
  • Proficiency inMS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Experience withe-signature tools (Adobe Sign, DocuSign)andspend management tools (SAP, Coupa, Raindrop, etc.).
  • Strongfinancial acumenand ability to analyzespend data.
  • Excellentproblem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Stronginterpersonal and communication skills, with the ability tomanage and resolve conflictseffectively.
  • Ability to workonsite full-timeas per company return-to-work policies.
