Role Overview:We are seeking aServiceNow ITSM Developerwith strong expertise inService Portal and Catalog developmentto support and enhance our healthcare IT service management capabilities. This role focuses on building intuitive user experiences, automating workflows, and ensuring efficient service delivery across clinical and administrative functions.Key Responsibilities:Develop and customizeServiceNow ITSM applications, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.Design and implementService Portals, leveraging widgets, UI pages, and client/server-side scripting for optimal user experience.Build and maintainService Catalogs, including item design, workflows, and fulfillment automation.Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.Ensure compliance with healthcare standards (e.g., HIPAA) and data governance policies.Troubleshoot and optimize performance of portal components and catalog workflows.Support integration of ITSM with other modules like CMDB, ITOM, and CSM.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on ITSM and Service Portal.Strong skills inJavaScript, Glide APIs, UI Policies, Business Rules, andFlow Designer.Experience in healthcare IT environments or understanding of clinical workflows is preferred.ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM) are a plus.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred Skills:Familiarity withHTML/CSS, AngularJS, or React for advanced portal customization.Experience withServiceNow Studio,App Engine, andIntegration Hub.Understanding of ITIL processes and healthcare service delivery models.
