Project Description:

Monitoring as a Platform, a platform that is the first critical step towards a self-managed infrastructure, and includes capabilities like real-time monitoring, intelligent networks, self-healing and IoT to achieve improved productivity, organizational agility and improved employee experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of analytics services, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and client requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client engagements, establish and maintain strong relationships, and proactively address client concerns or issues.
  • Lead a team of analysts, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management to ensure the team's effectiveness and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize analytics service requirements, develop service delivery plans, and coordinate resources to meet project timelines.
  • Establish and implement quality assurance processes and best practices to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of analytics solutions delivered to clients.
  • Oversee the maintenance, enhancement, and support of analytics applications, ensuring their stability, availability, and performance.
  • Generate regular reports on service delivery metrics, performance, and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain documentation related to service processes, operational procedures, and client-specific requirements.
  • Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues related to service delivery, taking proactive measures to mitigate potential disruptions or delays.

Mandatory Skills Description:

  • Experience with Elastic
  • Basic AWS
  • Basic Linux
  • Knowledge of Grafana
  • Knowledge of Terraform
  • Knowledge of Ansible
  • Knowledge of Python
  • Knowledge of Integration and Performance
  • ITIL/ITSM,
  • Strong understanding of disaster recovery, backup, and security practices in SaaS and Non-SaaS
  • Proven ability to manage a cross-functional team in a high-pressure environment
  • Excellent communication skills
