Role:
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of mission-critical projects. You will be responsible for navigating the complexities of Core Banking, Payments, Liquidity, and Wealth Management portfolios, ensuring that our clientssome of the world's largest financial institutionsachieve their strategic goals through our eMACH.ai composable architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Delivery: Lead multi-country delivery programs in an Onshore/Offshore model, ensuring delivery certainty with SPACE, SPEED, and SMART methodologies.
- P&L & Business Unit Management: Manage the business unit as a profit center, ensuring cost-effective processes and budget control.
- Pre-Sales & Value Proposition: Collaborate with the Sales team to identify opportunities, gather requirements, and build high-value solution fitments.
- Governance & Crisis Management: Act as the SPOC for global clients and lead Crisis Management and the Change Control Board with professional poise.
- Consulting & Analysis: Provide solution recommendations by performing deep business process and management consulting analysis.
What We Look For
- Experience: 14+ years in IT, with extensive experience in FinTech or Tier 1 IT Services.
- Tech Stack: Strong technical roots in Java and Open Source technologies.
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of SDLC, Software Architecture, and Agile methodologies.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to manage global stakeholders, budgets, and complex implementation schedules.
- Design DNA: Familiarity with Design Thinking principles to solve complex financial challenges.
