Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager with 18-21 years of overall experience to lead and oversee service delivery operations across multiple portfolios, driving efficiency, accountability, and excellence. This position involves managing L3 enhancements, ensuring SLA adherence, and delivering value-added services.

 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee scope, schedules, and resource assignments for multiple portfolios
  • Manage committed deliveries and ensure SLA adherence for all projects
  • Drive automation initiatives and implement value-added services
  • Coordinate and lead L3 enhancements teams effectively
  • Report on progress, challenges, and efficiencies to leadership
  • Ensure effective communication across stakeholders and teams
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Evaluate and mitigate risks impacting service delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar; master's degree preferred
  • 18-21 years of overall professional experience
  • 10+ years of experience in service delivery management
  • Expertise in managing scope, schedules, and SLA adherence within diverse portfolios
  • Understanding of enhancing L3 functionalities and automation processes
  • Proven track record of resource assignment and performance optimization
