Role Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic SEO Manager / Team Lead to elevate our organic search presence, drive significant growth in traffic and conversions, and manage our dedicated SEO team. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record not only in executing high-impact SEO strategies but also in providing strategic intervention across marketing initiatives and leading a team to achieve ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy (Technical, Content, Off-page) directly tied to quarterly revenue targets and business growth.
- Act as the lead consultant, proactively identifying performance gaps and leading high-level, cross-functional strategic interventions across Product, Marketing, and Engineering to optimize organic impact
- Oversee complex technical SEO governance including migrations, log analysis, and continuous Core Web Vitals optimization.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the SEO team, ensuring high performance, resource capacity, and clear goal alignment.
- Embed SEO best practices into the core workflows of cross- functional teams, establishing SEO as a foundational discipline across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven results.
- Strong understanding of search algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency with SEO tools (GA, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).
- Experience with CMS (WordPress preferred).
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for SEO.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Up-to-date with SEO trends, local SEO, CRO basics, and (bonus) international SEO
Work Environment
- It will be a 5-day working week from Monday to Friday.
- It will be work from the office and the candidate will be reporting to the Gurugram office.
- There will be a day shift with 9 hours working (9:30-6:30 PM)
