We're Hiring: Senior SEO Manager

At Onlyontrip, we're on a mission to make travel discovery smarter, faster, and more inspiring and we're looking for a Senior SEO Manager to lead our organic growth.

If you understand search deeply and know how to turn content into traffic (and traffic into users), this role is for you

What You'll Do:

• Own and drive the overall SEO strategy (on-page, off-page & technical)

• Identify high impact keyword opportunities in the travel space

• Scale organic traffic through content, landing pages, and programmatic SEO

• Optimize website structure, internal linking, and user journeys

• Collaborate with content, product, and tech teams to implement SEO best practices

• Monitor performance, track rankings, and continuously improve

• Work alongside paid marketing efforts (Google Ads & Meta Ads) to align organic and paid strategies

• Collaborate on social media strategy to ensure content aligns with SEO and overall growth goals

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in SEO (preferably in travel, marketplace, or content platforms)

• Strong understanding of technical SEO (crawlability, indexing, site speed, schema, etc.)

• Hands on experience with tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush

• Working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads (campaign structure, keywords, performance insights)

• Understanding of social media content strategy and how it supports organic growth

• Proven track record of scaling organic traffic significantly

• Deep understanding of keyword research, search intent, and content strategy

• Ability to work with developers and product teams

Bonus Points:

• Experience with programmatic SEO / large scale content strategies

• Knowledge of international SEO & travel search behavior

• Basic understanding of CRO and growth funnels

• Experience in startups or fast-paced environments
