Key Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and implement effective on-page SEO strategies.
• Perform technical SEO audits and recommend solutions to optimize site performance.
• Leverage AI-driven SEO tools and content optimization techniques.
• Collaborate on content marketing strategies aligned with search intent.
• Support social media marketing initiatives to maximize organic visibility.
• Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance using data-driven insights.

Non-negotiable skills & experience

Experience

• 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience
• Must have worked with multiple clients (agency or consulting background preferred)
• Experience handling client communication, reporting, and expectations
• B2B SaaS experience is a plus, but not mandatory, we also value experience across e-commerce, fin-tech, D2C, marketplaces, and service businesses

Strong Technical SEO Foundation:

Hands-on experience with:

• Core Web Vitals & page performance
• Mobile-first indexing
• XML sitemaps, robots.txt
• Canonicals, redirects, and URL structures
• Indexing, crawl budget & site health
• Working with developers to implement SEO fixes
• Understanding CMS-based websites (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, etc.)

Proven Results

Must be able to show:

• At least one project where organic traffic, leads, or sign-ups grew meaningfully
• Experience handling a site migration, redesign, or major technical change without losing rankings
• Work on at least 2–3 different websites with different business models

Tool Stack:

Comfortable using:

• Google Analytics (GA4)
• Google Search Console
• Ahrefs or SEMrush
• Screaming Frog (or similar crawling tools)
• Google Sheets / Excel for tracking and reporting

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, multi-client agency environment
• Can handle priorities, deadlines, and changing client needs
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and accountable for results
