Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven Senior SEO Executive who understands how organic growth fuels business. This role is not just about rankings, but about traffic that converts into consultations, leads, and revenue.
You will own the complete SEO strategy across web pages, lawyer listings, content, and product-led SEO initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution
- Own end-to-end SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, technical).
- Build scalable SEO frameworks for lawyer profiles, legal service pages, blogs, and court-data-driven pages.
- Identify high-intent keywords related to legal services, lawyers, VCLO, startups, SMEs, and corporates.
Content & Growth
- Work closely with content and product teams to plan SEO-led content.
- Optimize blogs, landing pages, FAQs, and long-form legal content for search intent.
- Drive topical authority in legal domains.
Technical SEO
- Collaborate with developers on site architecture, page speed, indexing, schema, and crawlability.
- Implement structured data for lawyers, services, FAQs, and reviews.
- Monitor Core Web Vitals and technical health.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and lead quality.
- Use tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog.
- Present actionable insights to leadership.
Off-Page & Authority Building
- Plan and execute ethical link-building strategies.
- Build partnerships, citations, and backlinks relevant to the legal ecosystem.
What We're Looking For
- 36 years of hands-on SEO experience (B2B or marketplace experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of search intent, conversion-focused SEO, and content-led growth.
- Experience working with large-scale websites or directory-style platforms is a plus.
- Comfortable working with developers, designers, and content teams.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Good to Have
- Experience in legal, fintech, SaaS, or marketplace platforms.
- Knowledge of local SEO and city-based service pages.
- Experience with programmatic SEO.
- Understanding of CRO and funnel optimization.
