Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Interior Designer with 34 years of experience in commercial or residential projects. The role involves leading design development, managing drawings and documentation, coordinating with vendors, and overseeing FF&E selection while ensuring design quality, budget control, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design development, space planning, and material selection.
- Prepare interior drawings, plans, and elevations using AutoCAD and other software.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and vendors.
- Review shop drawings and prepare detailed specifications.
- Manage project budgets, quotes, and procurement processes.
- Select and source FF&E aligned with project requirements and trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
- 34 years of proven interior design experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and design software.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and procurement.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
